Rebatally is operated by [Company legal name], registered in [Jurisdiction] (“Rebatally”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use this website or register an exchange account with us to receive payback.

Rebatally is a referral partner of the exchanges listed on this site. We are not an exchange, a broker, a custodian or an investment adviser. We never hold your funds and we never place trades for you.

Exchanges pay referral partners a share of the trading fees generated by the users they refer. Rebatally passes a part of that share back to you. We call this payback.

To take part, you:

• open an account on a supported exchange through a Rebatally referral link;
• submit the UID (user ID) of that exchange account to us, and prove it is yours with a read-only API key;
• trade as you normally would on the exchange.

To confirm a UID is yours we ask for a read-only API key once. We reject any key that can trade or withdraw, use it only for that check and do not store it unless you choose to. We will never ask for your passwords, two-factor codes or seed phrases, and we cannot move your funds. Payback counts from the moment your UID is verified.

You may use Rebatally only if:

• you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher;
• you are allowed to use the exchange you register, under that exchange’s own terms and your local law;
• you are not located in, or a resident of, a country or region where the service is restricted: [List of restricted jurisdictions].

Each exchange decides for itself who may open an account. If an exchange rejects or closes your account, payback for that account stops.

Payback is a share of the referral commission the exchange pays us on the trading fees your verified UID pays. It becomes available to claim once the exchange has reported and settled that commission. You can claim your available balance at any time once it reaches the minimum [Minimum claim], to a verified UID on the same exchange or to a wallet you have added. Claims are paid in [Payout asset] within [Payout window].

• Rates depend on each exchange’s partner policy and can change at any time, including with no notice from the exchange. The rates shown on this site are a guide, not a promise.
• Some products, pairs, promotions or fee discounts may not generate referral commission and so earn no payback.
• If an exchange delays, reduces, reverses or stops paying us, your payback for that exchange changes in the same way.
• Minimum payout amounts and network fees: [Payout minimums and fee policy].

You can estimate payback with the calculator. Estimates are illustrative and not a guarantee of any amount.

• Give us an accurate UID and payout address. Payments sent to an address you supplied cannot be reversed.
• Keep your exchange account secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by access to your exchange account.
• Follow the exchange’s own terms. Breaking them can cost you both your account and your payback.
• Report any tax owed on payback where you live. We do not give tax advice.

You must not:

• trade with yourself, wash-trade or create artificial volume to generate payback;
• register accounts you do not own or control, or use multiple identities;
• use Rebatally for money laundering, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful purpose;
• interfere with, scrape or attempt to break the security of this website.

If we reasonably suspect any of the above, we may withhold payback under review, reclaim payback already paid and close your registration. Exchanges may also take their own action.

Trading crypto assets, and derivatives in particular, is high-risk and can lose you more than you deposit. Payback reduces your fees; it does not offset trading losses and is not a reason to trade more. Read the full risk disclosure before you trade.

The website and service are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Rebatally is not liable for trading losses, exchange outages, insolvencies or policy changes, blockchain network delays, or indirect or consequential losses.

Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our total liability to you is limited to [Liability cap]. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can stop at any time by asking us to remove your UID. We may suspend or end the service, or stop supporting an exchange, at any time. Payback already earned and confirmed by the exchange before the end date will be paid out unless it is withheld under “Prohibited use”.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date, and tell registered users about material changes by [Notification method]. Continuing to use Rebatally after that means you accept the updated terms.
