policy.

When you trade on a partner exchange through our referral link, the exchange pays Rebatally a commission out of the trading fees you pay. We pass most of that commission back to you as cashback.

Cashback is a share of the commission the exchange confirms to us, not a share of your whole fee. Your fee page shows three separate numbers: the exchange’s own referral discount, our cashback, and the combined saving, each with the date it took effect.

Cashback = confirmed commission × your cashback share. The share in force for a trade is the one active at the time of that trade, and every amount in your history shows the commission, the share and the result, so you can check the maths.

• We only use commission the exchange has confirmed. Estimates (like our calculator) are never paid out.
• Amounts are rounded down to the asset’s precision (6 decimals for USDT).
• Rate changes apply from a future date only. We never change the share for trades you already made.

• Your exchange account must be registered through our referral link, and the exchange must confirm it.
• You must verify that the account is yours, using a read-only API key that we use once for the check and never store. Delete it in your exchange account afterwards. Keys with trading or withdrawal rights are refused.
• Cashback counts from the moment your UID is verified. Commission from trades before verification is not paid out.
• Only global exchange accounts are supported. On some exchanges, accounts at high VIP levels earn no commission, and then no cashback.
• Each exchange UID can belong to one Rebatally account. If two people claim the same UID, we freeze it and review.

New cashback starts as pending. It becomes available after the exchange settles the period, our daily reconciliation matches it, and a short hold period passes to absorb corrections [24 hours after settlement].

If an exchange feed is delayed, your balances keep their last values and show when they were last updated. They never drop to zero because of a delay.

• You decide when to claim. The minimum claim is [10 USDT].
• You can be paid to a verified UID on the same exchange (no fee) or to a wallet address (network fee passed through).
• Claims made before the daily cut-off [02:00 UTC] join that day’s payout batch and are normally paid within [24 hours].
• You can cancel a claim until its batch is frozen.
• New or changed payout destinations need two-factor confirmation, an email confirmation and a cooling-off period [48 hours].

Exchanges sometimes correct commission after the fact. If commission behind your cashback is reversed, we reverse the matching cashback: first from pending, then from available. If that isn’t enough, the rest is shown as adjustment pending, it is recovered from your future cashback, and claims for that exchange pause until it is cleared. Your balance is never shown as negative.

Every correction appears in your history, linked to the entry it corrects. Nothing is deleted.

• Unclaimed balances and account closure: [client to confirm how long an unclaimed or dormant balance is kept, and what happens to it when an account is closed].
• You are responsible for any taxes on cashback you receive [client to confirm wording].
• If an exchange ends its affiliate programme, pending cashback is paid only for commission the exchange actually pays us [client to confirm].
